Work Permit for foreign teachers

Eligibility – Required for foreign teachers working in Vietnam for more than 30 days or for contracts longer than 90 days. Exemptions apply in certain cases (e.g., short-term teaching assignments, internal transfers, or where bilateral agreements are in place).
Validity – Work Permits are issued for up to 2 years and can be renewed.
